Ms. Brick was brought into this multi channel Iconic $125M Intimate Apparel /Sexy Apparel, Footwear, Beauty company to immediately redefine the image, craft the organization, raised capital, led the product initiative. Worked closely with SVP Marketing to select every model, attend every photo shoot and art direct to ensure that what had been an eroding image, became relevant and Fashion right.

Frederick's of Hollywood received National and International media attention. Business experienced more than a 40% swing from negative to positive Frederick's of Hollywood realized a significant turn around as Ms. Brick worked with team at FOH.

Perry Ellis Swimwear
Ms. Brick joined Perry Ellis International to advise its leadership and initiate cost effective measures in Design and merchandising, while also impacting the product under the swimwear umbrella.
Hope worked closely with Design, Textile Design, Sales and Technical Design. She helped to influence the fit process with recommendations to leadership on how to manage remote fittings through the use of technology. Hope worked closely with the VP of Merchandising to ensure each brand of swimwear had a unique Brand sensibility through use of color, print, fabric and fit. She introduced "Door Cluster" mapping. This helped sales to propose to their Department store accounts assortments by door level. The planning process was also improved, as projections could be made with more accuracy, resulting in cost savings.
Jerry Leigh Entertainment Apparel
Prepared a visual presentation to support this supplier's concept as it was pitched to WALMART. Created Brand DNA, Look Book and In Store Display mock up.
Presented Jerry Leigh Entertainment Apparel with all the necessary collateral to present to WALMART management and WOW them with a "shop in shop" idea for little girls.
Griffin Strategic Advisors
Worked with this investor to spearhead the "vision" of an Organic Brand of RTW. RADARinsights developed the graphic, the mission statement, the designs, illustrations, mood boards, flats, tech packs.
